CEMETERIES: Greenmoore Cemetery, Christian Co, KY Also Called Moore Cemetary Jason M. Canon Date: July 03, 2001 Information regarding the location and name of this cemetery was provided by Charlotte E. Matheney of Crofton, Ky Take highway 109 from Hopkinsville toward Crofton, Kentucky. The cemetery is located off either D. Combs Road or M.J. Boyd Road. A decaying log cabin is located on the right side of the road and behind the log cabin is a large lot of trees that are located in the center of a cow pasture. There is a house near the road and I parked in front of the house. I knocked on the door and requested permission to visit the graveyard. Stepped over a barbed wire fence that surrounds the back of the house and walked through the cow pasture toward the trees. The cemetery is surrounded by a second set of tripple strand barbed wire. Highly recommend going over the top if possible as there are ticks in the woods. The weeds in part of the cemetery were at least 6 feet tall. The cemetery was visited and recorded on VCR film on July 3, 2000 by Jason M. Canon of Stafford, VA. E-mail: fiatlux@va.prestige.net.
