My cousins & I who directly descend from Isaac have hit a brick wall and can trace our lineage no further.
I have his info in the Family Collections folder.

ISAAC WILLOUGHBY:

- Born: North Carolina, abt 1750
- Married: Elizabeth Willaby/Willoughby in Windsor, Bertie Co., NC; 22 Aug 1792
- North Carolina Marriage Bonds, 1741-1868, lists the Bondsman as Wm. 'Willaby' & the Witness as Stevens Gray. *Surnames for Isaac &   Elizabeth also spelled 'Willaby.' 
- All records, excluding marriage, place him in Jackson Co., TN where he farmed.  
- Present in 1850 Census, District 14 Jackson Co.  where he is listed as 100-years-old!
- Last seen on an 1851 Jackson Co., TN Voters List.
